Grain-Free Brownies with Coconut

YIELD: 10 brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Pasture-raised eggs

  • 1 cup of Raw cacao

  • 1/3 cup of Honest Keto Maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup of Coconut oil or ghee

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 tsps of vanilla


FROSTING INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup of coconut butter

  • 5 tbsps of coconut milk

  • Stevia to sweeten

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer or KitchenAid.

  3. Pour in 4 x 8 loaf pan.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Let cool before eating, or place in fridge until cool (about 10 min).

  6. Mix all frosting ingredients together and frost brownies after cooled.

  7. Enjoy your grain-free brownies and coconut cream frosting!
